These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, wholesale platform, products, and services. By creating a wholesale account, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Wholesale Business Only

FromSkin is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor.

Our products are intended for qualified businesses, retailers, distributors, salons, clinics, pharmacies, and other approved commercial customers.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any wholesale account at our sole discretion.

2. Wholesale Account Registration

To purchase products through FromSkin, customers must apply for a wholesale account.

Applicants may be required to provide:

  • Company name

  • Business registration

  • Business address

  • Website or online store

  • Social media accounts

  • Contact information

  • Additional documentation requested by FromSkin

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

Approval of a wholesale account is at FromSkin's sole discretion.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Inventory levels may change without notice.

FromSkin reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Allocate inventory

  • Discontinue products

  • Substitute packaging due to manufacturer updates

Product images are provided for reference only.

Packaging, ingredients, artwork, or specifications may change without prior notice by the manufacturer.

4. Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Pricing displayed on your account applies only to your approved wholesale account and may not be shared publicly.

FromSkin reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.

FromSkin reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order due to:

  • Inventory shortages

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Account violations

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Other business reasons

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before orders are shipped unless separate credit terms have been approved in writing.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and import charges.

7. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only.

FromSkin is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather

  • Labor disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been released to the carrier.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Wholesale orders are generally considered final sale except for:

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect products shipped

  • Verified manufacturing defects

9. Authorized Resale

Customers purchasing from FromSkin agree to resell products responsibly.

Customers shall not:

  • Sell counterfeit products

  • Alter product packaging in a misleading manner

  • Remove batch codes or expiration dates

  • Misrepresent products

  • Damage the reputation of brands distributed by FromSkin

10. Marketplace Sales

Customers are solely responsible for complying with the requirements of any marketplace on which they choose to sell products, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • eBay

  • TikTok Shop

  • Shopify

FromSkin does not guarantee approval to sell products on any marketplace.

Marketplace restrictions imposed by third parties are outside of FromSkin's control.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, logos, photographs, graphics, and website content remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers may not reproduce or use FromSkin's branding or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.

12. Account Suspension

FromSkin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unauthorized resale

  • Abuse of staff

  • Failure to pay invoices

  • Misrepresentation of products

  • Any activity that may damage FromSkin or its brand partners

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FromSkin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

FromSkin's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

FromSkin may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this website with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
